Returns Policy

At Doncaster Banners, we stand by the quality of our custom-printed products and are committed to excellent service. Due to the personalised nature of our items, returns are handled under specific conditions. Please review our policy below.

1. What Can Be Returned

We only accept returns if one of the following applies:

  • Print quality issues such as visible misprints or defects
  • Incorrect size or product type that doesn’t match your order
  • Missing finishing elements like hems, eyelets, or pole pockets

How to Report a Problem:

  • Let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Email support@doncasterbanners.co.uk
  • Include your order number in the subject line
  • Attach photos taken from around 2 metres away showing the issue clearly

Returns without photo proof will not be processed. Our team must approve the return before you send anything back.

2. Damaged Packages on Arrival

If your parcel arrives with visible packaging damage, we recommend you refuse delivery.

Accepting damaged parcels voids your right to claim for external delivery issues.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Use a tracked courier service to protect your return
  • We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit

Original delivery fees are non-refundable, unless we made an error or the product is faulty.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items reported after the 24-hour window
  • Products with approved artwork that contain typos or layout issues
  • Orders delayed by couriers or affected by minor colour shifts within 10–15% tolerance
  • Custom items without a manufacturing fault

We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet the criteria above.

5. Inspection & Resolution

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • If a fault is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund, based on your preference
  • If no issue is found, we’ll return the item to you with no refund or replacement
